So for about a week and a half I have been doing really well. Working out daily, getting my 10,000 steps, eating tons of fruits and veggies and haven't lost a pound.
But i can feel a huge difference. So my sister challenged me to not step on a scale for 3 weeks. I was discouraged but i want to lose weight.
I am off the scale. I am paying attention to other goals. Fitness goals, pants size and how i feel.
when you struggle with food and weight issues it is not about the weight but its not not about the weight.
