Wednesday weigh in...Oh yeah its good!!!
Yep that is 20 pounds! I have lost 20 lbs!! gone forever! Gone for good! I think that is great because last week I was up 3 so that meant I lost 4lbs since last week.
I ditched the soda. Started counting everything and started lifting weights. I am hoping for a bigger loss next week! This is usually how I work.
I really want to be -25 lbs in a month! That is my 28th birthday! I would love to hit it by then! But I know it will take some dedication! But I think I have it!
