Wednesday weigh in... its not good

Well I have been super active lately and pretty hungry so I thought it would balance out but I guess it hasn't I have gained 3 lbs.

I am not too discouraged by this but I would really like to hit the -20 lbs goal. I feel like I have been working on that number for about 3 weeks (and I have).

So if anyone has any suggestions to hit it I would love your input!

I need to eat cleaner I know. But I am drinking anywhere from 68- 102 ounces of water a day. But I am usually drinking a diet soda in there too.

But I am not discouraged I just want to hit it!!! 


  1. Get rid of the diet soda. The sugar substitutes can really sabotage your health. I've seen studies where people who drink diet sodas gain more weight and have more belly fat than people who just drink water. Eating clean is definitely a good goal! Have you been measuring inches, too? You might be gaining muscle mass if you are active. Hang in there, you'll hit that 20 soon!

    1. OK I am going to do it... No Soda for the rest of April. I am decided I am going to do it. NO IF ANDS OR BUTS! NO SODA!!!!!

  3. Ditch the diet soda. It is just not good for you! On the other hand, you can probably examine your diet and see where extra calories are creeping in. You are smart to assess where you are right now before you see a larger gain.
