Weekly Update, Week 10

Monday 1409, Workout- Zumba 60 min
Tuesday - 1461 Workout-elliptical 30 min, lunges, squats, medicine ball
Wednesday- 1539  Workout- Zumba 60 min
Thursday-2213 Workout- Spent the evening with my husband
 Friday - 2101 Workout- Spent the evening with my girlfriends.
Saturday- 1951 Workout-Jogging 30 min, biking 20 min, abs 10min
Sunday-1578 Workout- gardening 45 min, Cleaning 60 min.

March Challenge has not been great. I am so used to eating breakfast in the car on the way to work I keep forgetting I am not suppose to. I have done better and ate at home at the table but breakfast on weekdays is killing me.

I feel good this week. I am hoping for a 2 lbs weight loss. I am off my period so I will probably drop about 3 lbs. 

I had a great weekend with my husband. I have been in this allergy fog pretty much all weekend. But I went jogging on Saturday and I was able to jog straight for over 5 mins. I haven't been able to do that since 2009. I feel good.

  2. YAY for jogging. Allergies are the worst. I have to take nightly meds for them now that I'm in the south and not used to all the strange pollen down here :(

    I must get to the gym and start doing some classes. arg! Your schedule made me jelous!!!
