What a summer!!!

I know I haven't been around much this summer but I wanted to let you know that I have still thought about weight loss everyday.

Although I have drank soda and didn't walk my dogs everyday. I still made an effort to exercise my body and choose good foods.

I only gained 3 pounds this summer which I really think I could consider it close to maintaining. But as my last full week of summer vacation approaches I am thinking about this fall.

At this time last year I weighed almost 30 lbs more. I started the school with 3 things that really fit comfortably. This year I have more close that fit but I stil want to get into clothes that are smaller. I am still roughly a size 18/20. I would love to be a 16 by Christmas.

I look back at my life and see times that I've been able to lose weight or gain weight the most and it's always in the fall.

This year I am going to keep up my healthy habits and make this the lost losing fall ever!!!

  1. I can see how losing in a particular season makes sense, I'm the opposite of you, I guess I lose more in summer than winter. Looking forward to hearing about your future losses now that summer is almost over.
